You can communicate with us in French Sign Language (LSF) with an interpreter, through Real-time Speech Transcription (TTRP) with a transcriber, or in Cued Speech in French (LfPC) with an LfPC coder. This service is provided by ELIOZ and will allow you to connect with an operator who will be, depending on your choice, either an interpreter, a transcriber, or an LfPC coder via the ELIOZ platform.

If your request concerns online assistance, we invite you to log in to your personal space to be connected with our digital support team. This service meets the following two criteria:

• Accuracy: The Operator is required to relay the message received, whether verbal or written, as faithfully as possible.
• Neutrality: The Operator cannot intervene in the exchange and cannot be drawn into the discussion.

The client acknowledges being informed that:

• Their statements and those of their correspondent, concerning the operation of their bank accounts, are heard by a third party in their capacity as an ELIOZ interpreter or transcriber,

• All participants on the ELIOZ communication platform are contractually bound by total and absolute professional confidentiality, the violation of which is subject to criminal penalties,

• Their personal data is used strictly by ELIOZ in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the service dedicated to Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing clients, the client undertakes not to behave in any way or make any statements that would contravene public order or common decency, and acknowledges having read and understood the above.
